Onsite Management 

The majority of New Zealand’s small to medium sized businesses are family owned, and operate in an industry the business owners are familiar with. They are usually short-staffed which forces the staff they do have to cover areas outside their fields of expertise.   We’ve created the Onsite Management Division to help people in exactly this situation - where they can now concentrate on their areas of strength, and rest assured the day-to-day financial aspects of the business are in the hands of professionals. From basic tasks such as Invoicing and paying Creditors, to monitoring Cashflows and providing financial facts on the position of the business (ie Monthly Reporting) so our clients can make informed decisions today for the future of their business.

For example, monitoring business performance on a regular basis.  Not only financially, so that there are no surprises at tax time, but tracking the Key Performance Indicators that are specific to your business. It is also important to discuss the day-to day issues you face in your business.  We can help you problem solve and ‘think outside the square’ to come up with different ways of dealing with those issues and putting systems and procedures in place to help manage the issues better in the future.

Business Analysis 

There are always issues within a business requiring the owner’s attention. However, those issues are not always the best place to focus.   For an existing business we recommend the completion of a Business Analysis. This provides you with a comprehensive report analysing the systems and structures already in place and then covers business direction, customer and market focus, human resources, operations and financial.  This is an extremely effective tool to quickly identify the areas where your business requires immediate attention.  It also provides a powerful action plan specific to your business that we can work through together.
